- Lead in market insight and develop a category strategy to achieve a category growth and improve competitive advantage in each category and each channel.
- Lead in insight analysis to understand a category base on shopper data and developing template and standard report for monthly analysis
Lead the development of the Rights to Win and the Key Strategies of the Categories.
- Translate all aspects of shopper insight into a category strategy plan
- Lead in plan o gram and assortment review in each account
- Deep dive understanding on data of each retailer to develop an effective diagnosis plan and key action
- Initiate a new category model including channel guideline , assortment management and shelving base on a shopper insight of each category
- Monitor and Foresee a competitor movement and market movement to gain more competitive advantage
- Lead the category insight sharing to customers and co-work with Key Account to negotiate on category execution with customers.
- Joint meeting with customer category & buyer team regularly to understand the insights, joint category development plan with customer on win-win solution
- Evaluate a promotion effectiveness and translate all insight into key learning and improvement for every promotions
Advocate and insight support on each promotion mechanic in order to achieve a promotion objective
- Develop and advise new promotion mechanic , category review base on shopper insight
- Support the Sale teams to develop Account Plan and year plan each year Work closely and support sale team to develop the business review for all key customers
- Relevant experience (min 2 years or more ) in FMCG or data analysis company and having a background of MT and TT data analysis
- Strong analytical, Category management and able to Integrate its Categories strategies with the Brand Plans and the Key Channels Strategies and Tactical Plans, combined with all insights, Interpret to analysis and provide solution to Trade Marketing / Key Account Team.
- Able to Lead and Develop Category Shopper based Insights, analysis, and competitors movement and timely shared with all relevant functions which used as strategic inputs and recommendation.
- University degree ( Master degree is preferable) in business administration/marketing management or related field from a good university
- Executive maturity and can work under pressure
- Able to use Dunhumby , Nielsen and EYC program
- Solid in presentation skill and able to work with cross functional department.
- Active and fast learner with passion to drive a category growth
